IS 62368 (harmonized as IS/IEC 62368-1) is the Indian Standard for safety of audio/video, information and communication technology equipment. It covers laptops, tablets, ADP machines, monitors, printers, telephony apparatus, recorded media and amplifiers; the standard runs concurrently with the legacy IS 13252-1 during the BIS-prescribed transition window.
