IS 18112 specifies the safety requirements for liquid crystal display, light-emitting diode and other flat-panel television receivers covering screen sizes from below 25 cm to over 105 cm. The standard governs electrical insulation, mechanical strength, thermal behaviour, radiation, fire enclosure and hazardous-substance limits aligned with IEC 62368-1.
