IS 21 (Wrought aluminium and aluminium alloys for manufacture of utensils) is the Indian Standard specifying chemical composition, mechanical properties and finish requirements for wrought aluminium and aluminium-alloy sheets, strips and circles intended for household and catering utensils. Covered goods must bear the BIS Standard Mark under the controlling Quality Control Order.
