IS 6392 (Specification for steel pipe flanges) is the Indian Standard covering the dimensions, materials and tolerances for steel pipe flanges used in process piping and structural fabrication. The 2020 revision (IS 6392:2020) is applicable on steel pipe flanges with effect from 27-03-2024 under the controlling Quality Control Order administered by BIS.
