    If importing second-hand electric motorcycles, note that importation is permitted only through Mumbai port, subject to ITC (HS) Condition 1 of Chapter 87. The most common error on this tariff line is conflating the port list for new vehicles with the rules for second-hand vehicles: the 18-port list applies to new vehicles, while second-hand electric motorcycles may enter only through Mumbai port under Condition 1 of Chapter 87.
