The most common error on this tariff line is assuming the azo-dye testing exemption extends to all developed-country suppliers. The exemption is limited to the nine named origins — EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom — and no other country qualifies regardless of bilateral trade status.
