The Certificate of Analysis covers the CTIs in Annexure A (sl. no. 2) of Circular 24/2022-Cus; both documents must be uploaded before the proper officer grants out-of-charge.

    Obtain a Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate from an accredited laboratory of the exporting country, or a valid test report from a Textile Committee or CSRTI laboratory, certifying absence of prohibited hazardous azo dyes. Imports from EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom are exempt from azo-dye testing; all other origins must comply.
