The restriction under policy condition no. 4 to Chapter 71 is origin-specific and applies to South Korea only; importers sourcing from other origins must nonetheless ensure that country-of-origin documentation is unambiguous, as a misdeclared or ambiguous origin on silver articles — which are high-value goods — can attract re-examination, detention, and potential confiscation under the Customs Act, 1962. Do not assume free-import status without confirming the declared origin against the restriction schedule.
