If the exporting country is EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, azo-dye testing is exempted; document the origin clearly on the bill of entry. For all other origins, the PSIC or TC/CSRTI test report is mandatory and must accompany the bill of entry without exception.
