If the consignment originates from the EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, the exemption from azo-dye testing applies; document the country of origin clearly on the bill of entry. For all other origins, the PSIC covering azo-dye absence is mandatory without exception.
