The most common error on this tariff line is assuming that the azo-dye testing exemption covers all developed-country origins. The exemption list is fixed — EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom — and any other origin, however well-regarded, must furnish a PSIC or TC/CSRTI test report.
