Upload the PSIC or test report in e-Sanchit at the time of filing the bill of entry. Consignments arriving without valid azo-dye certification from non-exempt origins are liable to detention and may not receive out-of-charge until documentation is regularised.

The most common error on this tariff line is assuming the country-of-origin exemption from azo-dye testing extends to re-exports or transshipments routed through an exempt country.
