If the consignment originates from the EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, azo-dye testing is exempted for those origins only. For all other countries, the PSIC or TC/CSRTI test report covering azo-dye absence is mandatory and non-submission results in consignment detention at the port of import.
