If the origin country is EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, the azo-dye testing requirement is exempted; however, the PSIC covering other prohibited hazardous dye parameters remains mandatory. The most common error on this tariff line is assuming that the azo-dye exemption for listed countries (EU, Australia, Japan, and others) eliminates the PSIC requirement entirely.
