If the country of export is EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, azo-dye testing is exempted; however, document the origin clearly at the bill of entry to avail the exemption. Imports from all other origins must present the PSIC without exception.
