Note that the azo-dye testing exemption applies only to imports originating from EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. For all other origins, the PSIC or accredited test report is mandatory and must be uploaded in e-Sanchit before filing the bill of entry.

The exemption is a closed list — EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom only.
