Note the country-of-origin exemption: azo-dye testing is waived only for imports originating from EU member states, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. For all other origins, the PSIC or TC/CSRTI test report is mandatory and must be uploaded in e-Sanchit before out-of-charge.
