If importing from EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, the azo-dye testing component of the PSIC is exempted; however, the PSIC for other composition and hazardous-dye parameters remains mandatory. Imports from all other origins must include full azo-dye testing results.
