The most common error on this tariff line is assuming the azo-dye exemption for listed countries dispenses with the Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate altogether. The exemption applies to azo-dye testing only; a PSIC covering other prohibited hazardous dyes remains mandatory for all origins.
