If the origin is EU, Serbia, Poland, Denmark, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, or the United Kingdom, azo-dye testing is exempted; however, the PSIC covering other prohibited hazardous dyes remains mandatory. For all other origins, full azo-dye testing is required in addition to the broader hazardous-dye certification.
