Four mandatory documents — including a Certificate of Analysis, batch release certificate, consignment label, and cosmetics registration certificate — must be uploaded in e-Sanchit before out-of-charge.

   Obtain a valid cosmetics registration certificate from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation covering lip make-up preparations before the consignment is shipped. Upload the registration certificate (document code 101dc2) in e-Sanchit at the bill-of-entry stage; customs out-of-charge will not be granted without it.

   Upload all four mandatory documents in e-Sanchit before filing the bill of entry: Certificate of Analysis (document code 0010dc), batch release certificate (document code 0030dc), label of consignment (document code 0110dc), and registration certificate for cosmetics (document code 101dc2). The proper officer will verify each document before granting out-of-charge.
