- 1Obtain a veterinary Health Certificate issued by the competent authority of the exporting country and upload it in e-Sanchit under document code 853AQ1 before filing the bill of entry. This document is mandatory for CTIs listed in Annexure A (Sl. No. 1) of CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus dated 28-11-2022.CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus dated 28-11-2022, Annexure A, Sl. No. 1 · document code 853AQ1
- 2Upload the laboratory report or Certificate of Analysis (COA) in e-Sanchit under document code 001AQ1, and the AQCS Health Certificate under document code 6360AQ, before the customs Proper Officer grants out-of-charge. Both documents are required for CTIs listed in Annexure A (Sl. No. 2) of CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus dated 28-11-2022.CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus dated 28-11-2022, Annexure A, Sl. No. 2 · document codes 6360AQ and 001AQ1
The most common error on this tariff line is uploading only the AQCS Health Certificate (6360AQ) while omitting either the veterinary Health Certificate (853AQ1) or the Certificate of Analysis (001AQ1). CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus imposes these as distinct, separately coded documents with separate Annexure entries — a consignment missing any one of the three codes will be held by the Proper Officer pending upload, attracting detention, demurrage, and ground rent until the deficiency is rectified.
