The most common error on this tariff line is filing the bill of entry without pre-uploading the food grade certificate in e-Sanchit, on the assumption that it can be furnished during examination. For PGA-facilitated bills that have not been routed through the PGA for NOC, the customs proper officer has no discretion to grant out-of-charge until document code 6570fs is confirmed in the system — any delay accrues demurrage and ground rent from the date of vessel arrival.
