The most common error on this tariff line is presenting a current FSSAI Import Licence while failing to upload all four mandatory e-Sanchit documents — the FSSAI licence (911001), the Specimen Copy of Label (0110FS), the AQCS Sanitary Import Permit (911DF1), and the Health Certificate (6360AQ) — as a complete set. Customs out-of-charge is refused if any single document code is absent, and the veterinary health certificate (853AQ1) and Certificate of Analysis (001AQ1) required under CBIC Circular 24/2022-Cus are separate from the FSSAI labelling overlay, not substitutes for it.
