The most common error on this tariff line is treating the FSSAI Import Licence as the sole clearance and overlooking the three independent AQCS document requirements — Veterinary Health Certificate (853AQ1), Certificate of Analysis (001AQ1), and Sanitary Import Permit IRN (911DF1) — each of which must be separately uploaded in e-Sanchit before out-of-charge. A missing or unlinked Sanitary Import Permit IRN will result in the customs proper officer withholding out-of-charge even when the FSSAI licence is current, exposing the importer to detention, demurrage, and ground rent at the designated port.
